Role OverviewThe Staff Cook is responsible for the efficient operation of meal preparation for residents at Henry County Jail. The cook will also be responsible for all food safety in kitchen operations while supervising resident workers in the preparation of meals.
What You Will Do
Prepare and cook meals according to menus and recipes, operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensure food safety and proper temperatures, serve meals to inmates, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
