Job Description
The Staff Counsel will provide legal advice and guidance to DCWP staff and management on new and existing laws and regulations, assist with implementing new and amended laws, and serve as a subject matter expert on issues related to specific industries regulated by DCWP.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
  • Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
