Job Description
Staff Development & Support Specialist responsible for organization-wide training and staff development; orientation and onboarding support; performance management and staff support; employee engagement development; and employer branding and recruitment support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Services, or related field preferred, or equivalent directly applicable professional experience.
  • Experience in adult education, training coordination, counseling, or staff development in a health care or human service field is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs and maintain a strong customer-service focus.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Sound judgement, effective professional boundary management, and discretion are required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
