Role OverviewThe Staff Development Coordinator will be responsible for planning and overseeing new CPS trainee assignments, coordinating specialized training opportunities, and conducting in-house trainings to address the needs of the borough and ensure knowledge of and compliance with ACS and divisional policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Staff Development Coordinator include planning and overseeing new CPS trainee assignments, coordinating specialized training opportunities, arranging and scheduling mandatory and non-mandatory trainings, conducting in-house trainings, and attending interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements
- baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- 30 semester credits toward a Master of Social Work or a graduate degree in a related field
- at least eighteen months of child welfare casework experience
