What You Will Do
Coordinate staff training and education programs, conduct performance reviews, identify and address staffing needs, and maintain accurate records of staff training and competencies.

Requirements
- Current, active, and unrestricted Alabama LPN or RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience (preferred)
- Prior experience in staff education, training, or nursing leadership (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
