Job Description
The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The role requires a high level of engagement with staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
