Role OverviewAs a Staff Development Facilitator, you'll play a key role in empowering our workforce through engaging training programs, professional development, and regulatory compliance support. What You Will Do
Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, annual trainings, and ongoing staff development programs. Support and maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, and safety training programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A minimum of six months experience in training and development required
- Six months, recent experience in Intellectual Developmental Disabilities programs
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, strongly preferred
