Staff Electrical Engineer

As a Staff Electrical Engineer, you will provide subject matter expertise on Electrical Engineering design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all electrical designs are optimized for efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

What You Will Do

Create and manage Electrical Engineering design standards, perform project design reviews, provide technical guidance on electrical systems design, review and support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and submittals, and support O&M team with technical knowledge and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred); PE license a plus
• 6-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial/commercial projects
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems, including distribution, backup power, and critical infrastructure
• Experience reviewing designs, coordinating with external partners, and supporting construction or project delivery
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor or manage engineers in a team environment
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC)
• Experience with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and interpreting construction documents
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
