Lucid is seeking a Staff Paint Materials Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their Amp-1 location in Casa Grande, AZ. This role will focus on defining material specifications, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting the new product launch process. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and able to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality paint materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience (10+ years preferred) in automotive topcoat technology and paint materials
  • Direct OEM automotive manufacturing experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
