Job Description
Boston Dynamics is a world leader in mobile robots, tackling some of the toughest robotics challenges. As an R&D Repair Technical Specialist, you will be a crucial part of a small, fast-moving robotics team, leading the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts for our advanced robotic systems.
Requirements
Experience with Maintenance and Repair Workflows.
Proficiency in repair ticketing or issue management tools such as JIRA.
Hands-on experience building and debugging electro-mechanical test setups.
Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, programmable loads, thermal probes.
Experience with communication interfaces, e.g., CAN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C.
Strong ability to multitask and change priorities quickly as needed.
Clear and effective communication of test results and data.
A deep passion for mentoring and fostering a culture of excellence and best practices.
Experience working in a collaborative setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate requirements, expectations, and updates.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
