Role OverviewWork in collaboration with staff and members in the daily operation of BCS’s Greater Heights Clubhouse, an internationally certified and highly recognized Clubhouse model program, which provides a safe, nurturing, and non-institutional setting for psychiatric rehabilitation that fosters independent living and greater participation in the community.
What You Will Do
Assist members to develop work readiness skills necessary to secure and maintain community-based employment, work with community based organizations and employers to develop relationships and identify job vacancies, and develop transitional, supported and other employment opportunities for members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience with people living with mental illness required and/or in a Clubhouse or similar rehabilitation model preferred, and excellent judgment, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
Requirements
- BA in Human Services field required
- At least 1 year’s experience with people living with mental illness required and/or in a Clubhouse or similar rehabilitation model preferred
- At least 2 years experience with job coaching and development
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office suite, Google suite, Zoom, and social media platforms
- Excellent judgment, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required
- Good writing and oral communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
