Role OverviewThe Staff/Lead Engineer provides the highest level of technical leadership for refrigeration platform development, guiding architecture, reliability, supplier strategy, manufacturing integration, and cross-functional engineering decisions from concept through production.
What You Will Do
Establish multi-year platform architectures, author comprehensive system-level V&V strategies, set standards for DFSS, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, and 3D tolerance stack-up processes, and lead executive-level root-cause investigations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences, or HVAC-R.
