Job Description
Bloom Energy is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to provide full engineering support during night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be the primary technical resource onsite, responsible for ensuring smooth production, troubleshooting equipment and process issues.

Requirements

  • Serve as the sole technical authority during night shift operations
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to resolve technical challenges
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within the night shift team
  • Monitor and optimize process performance
  • Support preventive maintenance and coordinate emergency repairs
  • Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies
