Job Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, development, and commissioning of next-generation, high-volume automated manufacturing lines for our breakthrough energy storage technology.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, or commissioning automated manufacturing lines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with deep understanding of machine design, material handling systems, and real-world manufacturing constraints
  • Proven ability to manage and influence external equipment vendors
  • Experience with commissioning activities (FAT/SAT), troubleshooting complex systems, and resolving integration challenges
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
