Job Description
Staff Metallurgical Engineer – Advanced Manufacturing. Lead the Science Behind High-Performance Materials. Drive quality, process innovation, and technical excellence across a critical production environment.
Requirements
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex quality issues
Evaluate and improve products, processes, and manufacturing equipment
Ensure compliance with ISO / quality systems (AS9100, TS16949, etc.)
Partner with operations, lab teams, and leadership to drive process optimization
Apply metallurgical expertise across casting, rolling, heat treatment, and material processing
Support a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including occasional off-shift collaboration
