Role OverviewWe are seeking a Staff Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. This position is a 0.7 FTE, 8-hour shifts, Days, On call per unit policy. The nurse will provide and coordinate nursing care, protecting, promoting, and optimizing health, preventing illness and injury, and alleviating suffering.
What You Will Do
The nurse will document interventions and an individualized plan of care, partner with patients and their families, and provide care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position may be a good fit for a nurse with 1 year of recent adult ICU and/or Cardiac Cath Lab experience, ACLS certification, and the ability to wear lead aprons and stand for long periods of time.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent adult ICU and/or Cardiac Cath Lab professional nursing experience within the last 3 years
- ACLS Certification
- Ability to wear lead aprons during cases and be able to stand for long periods of time and assist with moving patients
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota
