Role OverviewProvides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. Assesses patient needs, develops and implements individualized plans of care, responds to changes in clinical condition, and collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality emergency care.
What You Will Do
Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to patients across all age groups and levels of acuity. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum one (1) year of recent acute care experience preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of Emergency Department experience preferred
- Successful completion of required department competencies and orientation
- Basic computer skills; triage experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred
