Develops, implements, and updates the patient’s plan of care based on on-going assessment of the patient and input from the patient’s family.

Requirements
- Current Illinois RN license
- BLS certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
