Role OverviewStaff Nurse (LVN) will deliver direct nursing care within our inpatient behavioral health, substance use, and mental health treatment programs. The role requires a qualified and compassionate nurse to support the recovery journey of individuals in the Coachella Valley.
What You Will Do
Provide direct nursing care, complete nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor patient medical status, and maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in California
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress or emergency situations
- Demonstrated understanding of patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
