Role OverviewStaff Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates nursing care in the Inpatient Float Pool, protecting, promoting, and optimizing health, preventing illness and injury, and alleviating suffering. The role requires general supervision and involves partnering with patients, their families, and significant others.
What You Will Do
Document interventions and an individualized plan of care, working within the Hennepin Healthcare System Patient and Family Centered Care model.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of inpatient hospital RN experience or 1 year of acute intermediate care RN experience, with a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota.
Requirements
- 3 years of inpatient hospital RN experience or 1 year of acute intermediate care RN experience
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota
