Role OverviewStaff Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates nursing care in the Inpatient Medicine department, working 48 hours per pay period, with a 12-hour shift length, including days, nights, and every 3rd weekend.

Protecting, promoting, and optimizing health, preventing illness and injury, alleviating suffering, partnering with patients and their families, and documenting interventions and individualized plans of care.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota
- Certification in area of clinical specialty (preferred)
- BSN (Bachelor of Nursing degree) preferred
