Role OverviewStaff Nurse RN provides and coordinates nursing care within the Hennepin Healthcare System Relationship-Based Care practice model. The role involves protecting, promoting wellness, and optimizing health, as well as triaging patients and alleviating suffering. The nurse will partner with patients, their families, and significant others, documenting interventions and individualized plans of care.
What You Will Do
The Staff Nurse RN will provide and coordinate nursing care, including protecting, promoting wellness, and optimizing health, triaging patients, and alleviating suffering. They will also document interventions and individualized plans of care, educate patients on their disease process, and assure continuity of care.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a registered nurse with a valid license issued by the State of Minnesota, two or more years of prior Staff Nurse RN experience in a clinical setting, and a Bachelor of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred. Certification in a clinical specialty is also preferred.
