Role OverviewStaff Nurse RN (0.8 FTE) will provide and coordinate nursing care in the Urology Clinic, working 64 hours per pay period, Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day. The role is part of the Hennepin Healthcare System Relationship-Based Care practice model.
What You Will Do
The Staff Nurse RN will protect, promote wellness, and optimize health, triage patients, alleviate suffering, and document interventions and individualized plans of care. They will also educate patients on their disease process, assure continuity of care, and support ambulatory minor procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota, one year of current professional nursing experience, and a Bachelor of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred. Certification in area of clinical specialty is also preferred.
