Role OverviewThe Staff Nurse (RN) – PACU provides critical care to immediate post-op and post-procedure patients of all ages in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
What You Will Do
The nurse provides and coordinates nursing care by protecting, promoting, and optimizing health, preventing illness and injury, and alleviating suffering through the treatment of the human response.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of RN experience in Adult ICU or PACU within the past 3 years, ACLS required, and PALS certification within 3 months of hire.
Requirements
- ACLS required
- PALS certification within 3 months of hire
- 1 year of RN experience in Adult ICU or PACU within the past 3 years
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota
