Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Staff Officer to support their partnership strategy and policy program, with a focus on NATO's military transformation. This role involves developing and implementing policies, coordinating activities within the Partnerships IPT/Branch, and providing support to senior officers and decision-makers on international cooperation and security sector reform. The position will require travel both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the field of foreign/international security/international cooperation/defence/military affairs
  • Experience working within NATO Enterprise (preferred); or other International Organization (in a defence or Security-related position)
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of: NATO Partnerships; or security sector reform
  • Advanced Proficiency in English
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
