Role OverviewAs a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team, and be accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include managing and improving patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices, taking direction from the Pharmacy Manager, and overseeing the pharmacy as their proxy during bench shifts. You will also support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, contribute to positive patient experiences, and proactively offer and deliver immunizations.

We are looking for a candidate with an active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located, an active National Provider Identifier, and not on the DEA Excluded Parties list. You will be expected to maintain relevant clinical and technical skills for the job as the industry evolves, and support access to care and help improve patient outcomes through pharmacist-delivered clinical care.
