Role OverviewAs a Staff Pharmacist FT, PMEL, you will play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in your pharmacy by acting as a role model for all, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team. You will be responsible for delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients, acting as a role model, mentor, and guide for the pharmacy team.
What You Will Do
You will support the home store PM by exhibiting best practices when working the bench, including quarterbacking the team, providing patients with meaningful counseling, and abiding by all legal and regulatory guidelines. You will also take direction from the Pharmacy Manager and oversee the pharmacy as their proxy during bench shifts without overlap.

Requirements
- 6+ months of experience as a Staff or District Support Pharmacist
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
