As a Staff Pharmacist in our Retail locations, you play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence by acting as a role model, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team. You support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team and are accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.
What You Will Do
You will help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices. You will oversee the pharmacy as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts, strengthen pharmacy performance measures through effective coaching, and support safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures. You will also contribute to positive patient experiences, proactively offer immunizations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
