Job Description

The Staff Product Analytics Manager will work with product management leads to support discovery, A/B testing, and post-launch insights. They will proactively identify product opportunities and have an intimate understanding of various data sources. They will write clear, actionable analyses and design measurement strategies to improve decision velocity and quality.

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
5 years of data analytics experience or 7 years of progressively responsible data analytics experience
Experience with scripting language: Python
Experience with data querying language: SQL
Experience performing quantitative analysis including data mining on highly complex data sets
Experience with machine learning techniques: regression and clustering
Experience with applied statistics, including descriptive, A/B testing, and causal inference in an industry setting
Experience with BI visualization and dashboarding including Tableau
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and relational databases
Experience with statistical or mathematical software including R programming
Experience with large-scale data processing infrastructure using distributed systems
Experience providing data-driven insights and delivering recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements
