Job Description
Linktree is hiring a Staff Product Designer, Commerce to lead the design of commerce experiences end-to-end. The role involves shaping how people set up and present what they offer, how audiences discover and engage with opportunities, and how Linkers manage and optimize commerce activity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience, including owning complex, cross-functional systems from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Proven ability to design in systems, not just screens: patterns, flows, frameworks, and scalable UX architecture.
  • Strong experience with commerce, marketplace, creator, SMB, or workflow-heavy products.
  • Comfort designing across ambiguity—turning multiple earning models and constraints into clear, intuitive product experiences.
  • Ability to balance the needs of multiple sides of an ecosystem, including sellers, audiences, brands, and partners.
