Job Description

Mintlify is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design projects, collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing, and create compelling visuals for developers. The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio, and expertise in Figma and other design tools.

Requirements

8-12+ years of product design experience in tech/SaaS/devtool
Strong portfolio showing complex product work
Expert in Figma and other design tools
Experience designing for technical users
Understanding of design systems at scale
Skills in user research and testing
