Job Description
Sigma is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead multiple areas of their product and define the future of data analytics. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in interaction design and a proven track record of designing commercially successful, world-class software.

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience of interaction design
  • Experience driving Vision and future thinking while at the same time dealing with day to day gradual improvements
  • Experience leading multiple areas and presenting new directions to leadership
  • Demonstrably strong interaction design fundamentals with a flair for visual appeal
  • Proven track record of designing commercially successful, world-class software
  • Capable of working autonomously, leading complex design projects and delivering high quality design solutions
  • Capable of rapid iteration, feedback cycles, and experimentation
  • Demonstrable ability to think about entire systems, with the vision to design the big picture, and the tactical ability to break it down so that engineering can succeed in building it incrementally
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor or Masters with specialization in HCI, Interaction Design or related field
  • Expert on Figma
  • Startup experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product design work with an emphasis on interaction design
