Role Overview

The Staff Product Designer will own the experience from discovery through production delivery, working directly with Army users and engineering teams to turn complex acquisition and program workflows into clear, effective digital products.

What You Will Do

Lead continuous product discovery, translate mission workflows into product concepts, user journeys, prototypes, and interface designs, validate designs through user research, usability testing, and direct feedback, and shape product priorities by connecting user needs, technical constraints, and mission outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Seven or more years of experience in product design, user-experience design, or human-centered design
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant product-design work
  • Experience supporting a Department of Defense customer
