This remote Staff Product Designer position involves leading the visual and experience design for digital health products. Requirements
8+ years of professional experience transforming complex problems into engaging design solutions.
At least 5 years of experience working within an in-house product team, owning the evolution of existing products.
Strong conceptual thinking that balances user needs, business goals, and clinical insights.
Exceptional experience design skills and familiarity with design systems.
Extensive experience managing the design process from concept to launch, including leading complex projects independently.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, collaboration, and articulating design decisions.
