You'll operate across Abby's core products, making sure the signal a caregiver captures contributes to the judgement a clinician acts on.

Define the Evaluation Standard, Own Cross-Surface AI Consistency, Set the Bar for AI Product Development, and Partner Directly with Applied AI Leadership.

Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience

- Strong technical acumen, particularly in working with engineering and Applied ML and AI teams
- Deep empathy for users (family caregivers and care recipients) and a rigorous approach to qualitative and quantitative research in a regulated environment
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex healthcare and technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and compelling strategic narratives
