Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a focused team of product marketing professionals, driving New Product Definition (NPD), executing global go-to-market strategies, and partnering with manufacturing operations to align build plans with market demand.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, applications engineering, or technical sales within the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small, highly technical teams
- Technical expertise in semiconductor fundamentals
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market data, model pricing, forecast revenue, and present complex ideas to executives and customers
