Role OverviewThe Staff Project Manager, R&D PMO will provide project leadership for high-impact, cross-functional Shoulder programs spanning early concept development through commercialization and lifecycle management. This role will partner closely with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, surgeon design partners, and commercial stakeholders to translate unmet clinical needs into disciplined program execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Applied Science or other related discipline
- Minimum of 5-6 years work experience in product development (or other related experience) and/or as a technical project manager
- Proficiency utilizing the MS Office Suite
- A successful track record of leading and working within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload
- Ability to independently create and manage project budgets within guidelines
- Ability to ensure compliance to FDA, MDR, etc. to design control regulations
- Ability to build effective interdependent partnering relationships
- Ability to effectively use negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to develop leadership capabilities and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively assimilate and communicate complex information from multiple sources
- Ability to recognize and lead the resolution of project issues and roadblocks
