Job Description
Resonant is a fast-moving tech company developing breakthrough RF chip technology for the smartphone in your pocket. As a Staff RF Engineer, you will take a hands-on role in an RF technology development and testing lab, leading the Test & Measurement team to develop and establish state-of-the-art measurement techniques and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or Engineering
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with component‐level small‐signal and high‐power RF testing
  • Strong proficiency with RF measurement systems and instrumentation
  • Deep understanding of RF test methodologies, including S‐parameters, EVM, IMD, P1dB, harmonics, and ruggedness evaluations
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex RF issues and drive collaborative problem solving
  • Highly self-directed, able to lead work independently with minimal guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
