Role OverviewAs a Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will serve as a senior technical leader and trusted individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy. You'll help lead technical direction across projects, influence engineering decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute technical roadmaps for new initiatives with minimal oversight, participate in strategic planning sessions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and break down complex, ambiguous product challenges into actionable technical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, or 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in lieu of a degree
- Expert experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails
- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience responding to and triaging production issues
- Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in at least one technical discipline, including frontend, backend, or infrastructure engineering
