Job Description
Staff Software Engineer for a leading AI-native community management performance platform. Design and implement complex features, mentor engineers, and lead engineering efforts. Must have expertise in C#,.NET, and SQL Server, and experience with AI coding tools.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in C#,.NET, and SQL Server
  • Hands-on experience with Azure
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
  • Experience with Redis, NUnit, MS SQL optimization, and modern.NET versions
  • Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf
  • Ability to articulate how AI has changed development workflow
  • Curiosity about and experience with AI-assisted development patterns
