As a Staff/Sr. Staff Product Manager for the NovaSeq X Series Core Consumables portfolio, you will drive the business performance, strategic direction, and sustained growth of one of Illumina’s most critical high-throughput sequencing revenue lines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in product management within life sciences, genomics, or related technical markets
  • Strong understanding of next-generation sequencing workflows, applications, and customer needs
  • Experience translating customer insight and market dynamics into product and commercial strategy
  • Ability to analyze business performance data and identify actionable growth opportunities
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong strategic thinking skills combined with ability to execute in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences
