Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to join their rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen and strategic insight, coupled with a history of managing intricate aerospace endeavors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems architecture and engineering, with full lifecycle system development in aerospace or defense.
Experience with Cameo or MagicDraw.
Familiarity with requirements databases such as DOORS, DNG, or Jama.
In-depth understanding of system safety standards such as MIL-STD-882 and development processes like ARP-4754.
Experience with SITL and HITL simulation environments and the execution of comprehensive testing programs.
Proficiency in applying architectural frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF) and utilizing open standards for system design.
Eligible to obtain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
