Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of validation metrics development and implementation, including human benchmarking and counterfactual modeling. The ideal candidate has experience in safety and AV software verification and validation, and is both technical and execution-driven.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Vehicle Engineering or a related technical field
  • 8+ years of engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years of technical program management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud-based data storage and data processing, including optimization for continuous availability, speed, and cost
  • A track record of successfully managing technically complex, cross-functional programs in development and scaling to production
  • Strong systems thinking with ability to expose and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of switching between high-level leadership summaries and detailed technical discussions
  • Ability to adapt and operate under ambiguity
  • Familiarity integrating agile program delivery and waterfall method - Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and technical development workflows
