Druva is seeking a Staff Technical Support Engineer to provide support for their data security solutions. This role involves communicating with customers to resolve technical issues, ensuring customer success and satisfaction, and contributing to the long-term loyalty of their accounts. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
8+ years’ relevant work experience or equivalent training & experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good understanding of backup and recovery concepts
Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, MAC OS, and AWS
Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, PowerApps, G Suite, Salesforce
Proficient with troubleshooting and tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, procmon, perfmon, OpenSSL
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
