Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 8+ years’ relevant work experience or equivalent training & experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of backup and recovery concepts
  • Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, MAC OS, and AWS
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, PowerApps, G Suite, Salesforce
  • Proficient with troubleshooting and tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, procmon, perfmon, OpenSSL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
