Role Overview

The Staffing Coordinator serves as the primary steward of the flexible workforce experience, helping team members in seasonal roles feel a strong sense of belonging and connection.

What You Will Do

Support team members transitioning into part-time, per-diem, seasonal, or flexible work arrangements, serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to employment status, scheduling, benefits impacts, opportunities, and program resources.

Partner with People & Talent, Finance, and operational leaders to maintain data integrity, monitor utilization, track engagement and retention metrics, and support continuous program improvement at the direction of InterHealth leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience in workforce coordination, human resources, staffing, or a related people-focused role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of wage-and-hour compliance and payroll best practices
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate payroll and workforce data
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing staffing environment
  • Ability to coordinate engagement activities, develop practical resources, and support team member transitions
  • Ability to collaborate with People & Talent, Finance, and operational leaders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
