What You Will Do
Support team members transitioning into part-time, per-diem, seasonal, or flexible work arrangements, serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to employment status, scheduling, benefits impacts, opportunities, and program resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in workforce coordination, human resources, staffing, or a related people-focused role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of wage-and-hour compliance and payroll best practices
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate payroll and workforce data
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing staffing environment
- Ability to coordinate engagement activities, develop practical resources, and support team member transitions
- Ability to collaborate with People & Talent, Finance, and operational leaders while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
