Role OverviewStaffing Coordinator: Scheduler will assist in caring for the needs of clients by providing scheduling support and caring assistance for caregivers and the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest.
What You Will Do
Coordinate home health aides' schedules, monitor and log patient/client and home health aides in the system, follow up on home health assignments and patient/client services, and ensure optimal utilization of CICOA, WAIVER, VA, and Prior Authorization hours.

Requirements
- Field new patient/client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner for CICOA
- Coordinate home health aides' schedules on a daily basis
- Monitor, mediate, and log both patient/client and home health aides in the system
- Follow up on home health assignments and patient/client services
- Ensure optimal utilization of CICOA, WAIVER, VA, and Prior Authorization hours
- Participate in on-call rotation -serving as support for home health aides and residents
