Role OverviewIn this role, you'll strategically build a client base, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers and internal staff members. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers.
What You Will Do
Work with clients and job-seekers on high-level direct-hire opportunities, support the Branch Manager in daily operations, assist Recruiters with technique and guidance on challenging recruiting needs, and train and develop internal staff to build branch strength.
