Job Description
We're looking for a Stakeholder Experience Specialist to join our Stakeholder Relations team and play a key role in managing the technical tools, systems, and support services that help us engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field; or six (6) years of job related work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement
  • Six (6) years of job-related experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically demonstrated in a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products and database applications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated system administration experience
  • Salesforce administration development experience (preferred)
