Job Description
As a Starbucks Barista, you will provide a consistent experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks' Food quality and freshness management. You will also be responsible for adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
