Job Description
As a Starbucks Barista, you will provide a consistent and inspiring experience for guests by delivering handcrafted beverages and food, while maintaining food safety and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to guest needs and resolving issues quickly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and supporting team efforts to ensure a smooth and easy shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
